Sustainable society
At Semcon we want to be a driving force in the shift towards a better society. In addition to numerous customer assignments that contribute to a sustainable society we have a pro-bono program where we support non-profit organisations’ important work. And we partner with likeminded partners that share our vision of a better tomorrow.
CSR Programme
It is important for us to be involved and take social responsibility in all markets in where we operate. Within the framework of our CSR programme, Semcon's employees can contribute with more than 1000 hours per year in local CSR projects that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Within the framework of this program, our employees propose and drive various type of pro-bono projects. While we strive to find projects where we can support with our core expertise, we also spend time on local charity projects and social aid initiatives. Each Division has its own CSR representative who is responsible for planning and organising the activities locally.
Partnerships
We partner with likeminded partners to drive our internal and external sustainability agenda. Through these partnerships we ensure knowledge sharing and co-operation projects. All with the aim to accelerate the shift to a net-zero and circular society, where human rights are respected.
