Experts return to Semcon to boost life science offering in Southern Sweden and Öresund

Sandra Larsson took her first steps as a consultant in life science at Semcon. Since then, she has worked at several other companies, but when the chance appeared to return to Semcon as Area Manager in Öresund, she did not hesitate.

"Being part of the new initiative in life science in the southern region felt right. Semcon is a reputable company and a stable partner for many different companies. There is a good structure here, massive experience and employees are well taken care of. It feels amazing to be back."

Sandra enjoys working in the life science industry, where she gets to contribute to the development of products and services that ultimately lead to improving people's lives in various ways. She is also motivated by creating sustainable and long-lasting relationships, both with her colleagues and clients, to build strong, secure organisations and long-lasting business contacts.

"I love collaborating and finding the dynamics that arise where everyone feels safe and is given space to blossom on their own terms. Together wonders can be created."

Olof Johansson had been working for 2 years as a project manager at a Medtech company when he received the offer to start working at Semcon again.

"I had a great time at Semcon when I was here previously. It is a company with very competent leaders and a pleasant team spirit."

Olof's new role as Team Leader in Lund is a perfect way to combine his interests.

"While I really like the combination of project management, structure, analysis and entrepreneurship, it is exciting to break new ground, create new contacts and explore new areas. To meet people and to understand their interests, situations and motivations. I look forward to growing the organization, seeing new opportunities and creating a pleasant work environment for my colleagues."

Christopher Cinadr has held various project management roles, mainly in the energy and food industries. He came most recently from a start-up company in medical technology and in his new project leader role at Semcon, his focus will be mainly on medical technology.

"What motivates me the most is solving problems and helping patients. I like to talk to people and find out where problems exist, then analyse and deconstruct them, and finally come up with different solutions together."
